Mission Statement
Our mission is to improve patient health by providing them with accessible, affordable, and reliable laboratory tests.
Project Assumptions
• Austin Community Health Clinic is a well-established clinic.
• Funding will come largely from a private donor, the rest will come from the City of Austin.
• We have two extra exam rooms that will be remodeled.
• Nearest laboratory is 30 minutes away.
Reasons for Undertaking the Project
• Make lab tests more accessible to our patients.
• Closest lab to our clinic is 30 minutes away.
• Patients were not getting ordered tests done.
