structured or organized format. An object in PowerPoint can be a document, an image, a chart, an Excel
spreadsheet, or a PowerPoint presentation. Users can insert an audio clip or a video file to support the presentation. Animations are effects that are applied to a text or image to enhance the
presentation. Transition adds effect to the slide and offers a list of sounds that can be used,
if required.
