CHINACOAT2013 will be held on November 20-22, 2013 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

Thank you for the great support from our industry, the exhibit space of CHINACOAT2013 is overbooked.

In order to satisfy exhibitors’ demand for more exhibit space, the Organizers decide to build 2 additional halls* next to Halls E2 & E3 (please refer to the following pages to see the exact location).

Global suppliers are welcome to join us and book your exhibit space before August 30, 2013.

*Construction of Halls A1 & A2 will be subject to final confirmation of the Organizers by Sep 6, 2013.

Facilities & Technical SpecificationsThese 2 Additional Halls are constructed with aluminum alloy frame, PVC fabric ceiling, toughened glass walls and doors, and equipped with air conditioning, electricity and lighting. The conditions are just the same as normal exhibition halls. These facilities are German constructions and have been widely used in large scale exhibitions in this Venue Complex, such as Auto Shanghai, Furniture China, China Int’l Industry Fair, etc.The Contractor for these 2 Additional Halls has obtained DIN4110, TüV Rheinland Product Certification, ISO9001:2000, etc. The PVC fabric has passed Class B1 test of the Fire Prevention Standard of P.R. China.

Strategies to Boost Visitor Traffic to Halls A1 & A2

Pre-show promotion by electronic mails, print matters, official website, press releases, etc. to pinpoint these 2 Additional Halls’ location and create more awareness

Laying carpeted passages with signage from the Hall entrances of Halls E2 & E3 to help direct visitors to these 2 Halls

Directional signs and banners will be posted wherever needed to increase visibility

Staff will be on duty to proactively direct visitors

Costs of ParticipationSHELL-SCHEME BOOTH*

Tax and hall management fee are included

Minimum size: 9 sq.m.

With stand-fittings, comprising white laminated panels, carpet, fascia, basic lighting and furniture items

Exhibitors can choose to upgrade their booths with special designs (design proposals to be provided upon request)

RAW EXHIBIT SPACE*

US$360 / RMB2,500 per sq.m.

Tax and hall management fee are included

If electricity is required, there will be 20-30% surcharge to the unit price as stated in the “Exhibitor Manual”

Minimum size: 27 sq.m.

Only single-storey booth with maximum height of 4.5m is allowed

Raw space exhibitors can use the official contractor or appoint their own contractors to build their stands
