Site PI; 2.5% Effort R01 DK080738 (Sarwer, PI) 07/01/08-06/30/13 NIH/NIDDK Dietary Intake and Eating Behavior in Adolescents who Undergo Bariatric Surgery (Teen Intake) The major goals of this study are to examine the changes in dietary intake and psychosocial health of obese adolescents who undergo bariatric surgery, to determine how patients’ post-surgical eating patterns change, compared to patients whose treatments include non-surgical weight management.
