All cruises include meals (buffet and à la carte), Captain’s Dinner and Dance, live entertainment, onshore tours, guided nature walks and eco-excursions and complimentary coach transfers from Adelaide to Mannum or return to the Adelaide Airport. Private Car transfers also available upon request (additional charges apply).

The Murray Princess has 3 accommodation levels, Stateroom, Outside and Inside Cabins. There are four Outside Cabins that are wheelchair accessible. Each Stateroom offers a queen size bed (some have an extra single bed) and open onto the outside deck walkway.

GeneralAll costs, itinerary details, package inclusions and accommodation information are correct at the time of publishing; however these can be subject to alteration, sometimes without notice. Refunds may not be available for unused services. All cruises and packages featuring the Murray Princess are subject to the terms and conditions of the Passenger Cruise Contract, which is provided when booking any Murray Princess cruise or package.

PricingAll fares and prices are in Australian Dollars and valid from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021. All fares and prices are subject to availability, surcharges, blackout periods, minimum night stays and seasonal variations. Prices exclude onboard drinks, optional tours and services and any personal purchases onboard the PS Murray Princess.

Special Event Cruises on PS Murray PrincessDuring certain times of the year, the Murray Princess will be offering Special Event Cruises. Should you wish to travel during one of these dates the cruise itinerary will include some additional bonuses whilst onboard at no additional cost to you. Special Event inclusions apply to the following cruises: Easter Cruise, ANZAC Cruise, Christmas in July Cruises, ‘Hot August Night’ Music Cruise and Australia Day Cruise. Room ConfigurationsTwin share prices are based on a ‘twin’ cabin consisting of two single beds. A surcharge of $60 per room per night applies to all Inside and Outside Cabins with a double bed. These cabins are limited and subject to availability. No surcharge applies for Staterooms.

Booking and Final PaymentA deposit of $200 per person is due within 48 hours of booking and full balance to be paid 60 days before travel date. The completed Passenger Cruise Contract and any Special Dietary Requests must be returned within 48 hours of confirmed bookings. If booking is made within 60 days of travel, full payment must be made at time of booking. For all bookings made online, full payment must be made at time of booking.

Credit Card FeesAll payments made by credit card or PayPal will incur a surcharge. Please refer to www.sealink.com.au/terms-and-conditions for details. Surcharge free payment options include Masterpass, POLi Pay, Direct Deposit, EFTPOS (Savings or Cheque) and Cash.

Travel InsuranceHoliday plans can be disrupted and cancellation fees can be costly. Travel insurance is inexpensive and highly recommended. Please note that Travel Insurance may not cover disruptions caused by mechanical breakdowns or adverse weather conditions so please check your insurance policy.

Amendment FeesDue to the complexity, staff time and communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

Cancellation FeesCancellation of a booking or part thereof will incur the following fees:

• More than 60 days before departure – $50 per person

• Between 30 and 60 days before departure – Loss of deposit

• Between 15 and 30 days before departure – 50% of total cost

• Less than 14 days before departure – 100% of total cost

For cancellations made 15 days or more before departure, the full value (less an administration fee of $50 per person), may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of the original booking. If the re-booked cruise is of a greater value, the difference must be paid upon re-booking. Special payment and cancellation conditions apply for groups of 15 or more and Special Event Cruises, which are available on application.

No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Refer to www.sealink.com.au for full terms and conditions.

The majority of Outside Cabins have twin bedding and there are limited double bed cabins available. Each outside cabin opens onto the outside deck walkway with picture windows to view the passing scenery.

Inside Cabins offer twin and double bedding (limited and at extra cost) and open onto a wide inside passageway. Inside Cabins are on Chaffey Deck level and only accessible by stairs.

Facilities onboard include: Sun deck, bar and two lounges, single-sitting dining, lift (Randell, Cadell and Sturt Decks only), gift shop/café, gym, guest laundry, free Wi-Fi and 24 hour tea and coffee facilities.
