� Winery assessment is done every 2 years� The right of use of the label is confirmed only if the winery

demonstrates further improvement of its sustainability level� After 2 years, the winery is invited to repeat the detailed

assessment� After validation of data provided, to keep the label the winery

must:o Obtain a value of global indicator which is at least 10% lower o Lower than the new benchmark thresholdo Have improved in at least 3 out of 6 indicators (water FP, carbon FP,

global cost, air, water, soil) o Have improved in at least one of the economic and social issues

� If one of these conditions is not satisfied, the right of label use is not confirmed

� To obtain the label, the reference benchmark is built on the data of 2 years before

For instance, if the winery evaluation is done at June 2014,

o the data used for the evaluation are referred to the previous vintage (May 2012 - April 2013)

o The benchmark for threshold will derive from data of the vintage May 2011-April 2012)

� For the first period, the values are obtained from the analysis done on the pilot winery group, and referring to the period May 2011-April 2012
