Donating• One way you can help the Red Cross, along with others, is by

donating ones own blood. 13 14 95 is the number you can call the find out more about donating, or if you prefer you can just visit http://www.donateblood.com.au/.

• Clothing or household goods . • By calling 1800 811 700 you can simply donate over the

phone, or you mail money to the Red Cross’s address, online donations are also available too.

• Red cross uses the money to build shelters and supply medical aid in disaster stricken areas.

• It builds water tanks and also provides food and clothing.

• Blood donations help save lives of people in war zones and of people suffering from rare blood diseases.
