The JMC Adjustable Master Baler is fully automatic and capable of master baling a wide variety of pre-packaged products. The baler counts and collects pre-packaged product and discharges it into either a Poly or Paper Master Bag, depending on the model chosen. The bag is then automatically placed in a closing station in an upright position for sealing. Our built-in decelerator cushions the product through this process. It can be adjusted to accommodate various sizes of product bags and is compatible with most types of baggers and closing devices. The baler also has a number of optional features, including a bypass system to divert product into cartons or totes.
