Note: If you remove a product from a location, you will need to go into the location in ADM and

change the Min Stock and Max Stock fields to zero, so the product will not “Push” to that

location anymore.

Inventory and Pick List

1. Select Pick List in the Inventory tab.

2. On the Pick List screen, select Refresh Pick List.

3. A pick list will populate that consists of all products that have numbers in the Min Stock

and Max Stock fields. You can still make changes, such as adjusting quantities, deleting

products, or adding new products.

4. When you are sure the quantities and products are correct, you can select Push To

Inventory or Push to Lightspeed.

a. If you are using Lightspeed, this is when the picking process begins.

b. Your overall inventory on the Inventory tab is now updated.

Taking Inventory at the Location Note: There is an inventory app in development – No ETA.

You have two options for taking an inventory.

1. You can use https://365mobileinventory.com which is an inventory website that can be

used on a phone or tablet. It has a scan function built in. To use it:

a. Login with the same credentials that you use for ADM.

b. Choose the location.

c. Click Physical Inventory.

d. Click Freestyle.

e. You can scan the product or start typing the name or scancode. Then update the

quantity.

f. When you have completed the inventory, click Finish. If any product that has a min

stock or max stock associated with it were not inventoried, the site will ask you if you

want to inventory that product. (i.e., You sold out of a product at that location.)

2. You can update in ADM on the Inventory tab. Search for the product and change the “In

Inv” quantity.

Note: The risk with this is that you might miss a product. The product will still scan at the

location, but it will reflect a negative quantity in ADM.

Consumers When a consumer downloads the Social Feedia 2.0 app and sets up an account, their

information is stored in the Consumers tab. The following is what you can manage on behalf of

the consumer.

1. If a Consumer leaves a company and would like their money refunded, you can click on that

person and select Payout and Close. 365 will include those funds in your next ACH deposit

and you can give the funds to the consumer.

2. You can also add funds to a consumer’s account for special occasions (i.e., birthday, Social

Feedia Grand Opening at a location, employee of the month, etc.). You would just adjust the

balance. These funds would be taken out of your ACH deposit.

3. If a Consumer loses their password, you can create a PIN for them. It needs to be four

digits.

4. If you have to refund a product because it expired, go to the Consumer’s Profile. It will

show you their Account Purchases, Account Funding, and any Account Adjustments where

you can make the adjustment.
