Applicants for L.Kg must be born between 16th September, 2014 to 15th September , 2015 only.

Birth Certificate must be issued ONLY by government certified authorities, within a year of the child’s birth.

Please provide proof of Parents’ / Guardian's residential address.

iii) AADHAR CARD

Copy of Aadhar Card of the student to be attached, if available (Kindly apply for an Aadhar Card Number for your ward, if not yet done so)

iv) CASTE CERTIFICATE

Please provide proof of SC/ST/OBC/BPL . Certificate of the parents/child.

v) SPECIALLY CHALLENGED CERTIFICATE (if applicable )

Please provide medically certified proof of any handicap or special challenge that your ward is faced with .

vi) TATA STEEL DOCUMENTS (if applicable )

Please refer to instructions for category I ,II , III, & IV on the Admission Form.
