About Institute

SBNM College of Pharmacy (D. Pharmacy), Mahad is

established in the year 2017 with a broad objective of educational

development in rural and tribal area.

The Institute is approved by All India Council for Technical

Education, New Delhi (AICTE), Govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai,

Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai (DTE) and Affiliated

to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai

(MSBTE).

Admission Process

Eligibility

1. The candidate should be an Indian National;

2. Passed the HSC Science with Physics and Chemistry as

compulsory subjects along with one of the subject

Mathematics or Biology.

Merit List

The merit list shall be prepared on the basis of percentage of

marks obtained in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and higher

marks of Mathematics or Biology (Botany and Zoology) in

HSC Science:

Provided that, in case of tie, the relative merit of Candidates

shall be resolved in the following order of preference and the

methodology as specified below,-

higher percentage of aggregate marks in HSC;

higher percentage of marks in Physics at HSC;

higher percentage of marks in Chemistry at HSC;

higher percentage of marks in English at HSC;

higher percentage of marks in SSC.

Display of Provisional merit lists, Submission of grievances,

For discrepancy if any, in the provisional merit list,

Candidates can submit the grievances in written along with

required documents at College office within mentioned

admission schedule.

Display of Final Merit List

Final merit lists will be displayed on college Notice Board as

per schedule.

Reporting and Confirmation of Admission

After Display of Final Merit List, the Candidate shall report to

the institution and confirm his/her admission in institution.

Candidates shall confirm the admission by paying the

requisite amount of fee and by submitting required

documents in original to the institute.

Cancellation of Admission

The Candidate shall apply in written application for

cancellation of admission to the institution.

After receiving admission cancellation request from the

Candidate, the institution shall cancel the admission

immediately and generate online acknowledgement of

cancellation of admission through institution login and issue a

signed copy to the Candidate.

The refund of fees before cut-off date of admission shall be

made within two days i.e. total fee minus the processing

charges of Rs. 1000/-, or refund rule shall be as per the

guidelines of the appropriate authorities or the State

Government, as the case may be.

If the admission is cancelled after the cut-off date of

admission declared by the Competent Authority, there shall

be no refund except the Security Deposit and Caution

Money Deposit.

Anti-Ragging Committee

Under the „Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act 1999’,

ragging within or outside the institute campus is strictly prohibited.

Whosoever directly or indirectly commits, participates in, abets or

propagates ragging within or outside the campus shall on

conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term up to 2

years and/ or penalty, which may extend to ten thousand rupees.

Any student convicted of an offence of ragging shall be dismissed

from the institute and such student shall not be admitted in any

other educational institution for a period of five years from the

date of order of such dismissal.

If any student is ragged he/she can contact the Anti-Ragging

Committee Members immediately.
