How to Record Emails To Salesforce.com

Click the “Vue – Record to CRM” button on the toolbar.

LinkPoint Vue will automatically display all email parties and

associated opportunities or cases it finds.

Select the items you wish to record this email to in salesforce.com.

Compose Email as you normally would.

LinkPoint also permits you to add Salesforce Library documents to

your email as attachments.

Click the “Send and Record” button to send the email and record to

Salesforce

LinkPoint Vue will automatically display all email parties and
