Job Opportunities 

We are currently looking for the following positions:

Painter (Locals Only)

Minimum two years of experience. Must have knowledge ofrelated tools, painting techniques, material skills. Should beable to speak in English.

Technician – Mechanical (Locals Only)Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, andrepair of all mechanical and hydraulic- and diesel-poweredequipment. The Technician - Mechanical is responsible toassist in the smooth and efficient running of the EngineeringDepartment in support of all other operating departments

Skill-level requirements vary from basic troubleshootingand preventive maintenance to component replacement.

Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or  Building Management desirable. Minimum 2 years work

experience as Technician  – Mechanical /Tradesman in a

hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex. Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills are a must

Carpenter (Locals Only)Responsible for maintaining all the buildings which includesFurniture and stairs, repairing the internal and external guestvilla structure, Jetty’s and to ensure all the decks in the resort

are safe. Should have minimum 5 years of experience asCarpentry or must have a certificate in Carpentry / Woodworks from a recognized and accredited post-secondaryinstitution .Three years of work experience in a Five StarResort. Should have a positive attitude and able to work within a team

Technician – AC (Locals Only)

This position will carry out all the Maintenance and Repairs ofthe hotel Air-conditioning.Good knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration unit.Should know how to repair and carry out the maintenancework of indoor AC System and Central AC System. Must havea minimum of two years’ experience in AC service. Previous experience in hotels / resorts is preferable. Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills are a must
