With over 100,000 participants since 2003, ABL Sports offers the most popular team sports for adults 18 & over with a focus on fun, safety and good sportsmanship. Formerly known as 'i9 Sports,' the ABL is more focused on adult players, and our new website reflects our goal of providing the most exciting Softball, Basketball, Flag Football and Soccer leagues throughout the region.

Are you looking to play in a fun, exciting recreational or competitive league this summer or fall? We offer 4 different sports - Slow-Pitch Softball, Basketball, Flag Football and Bar Shuffleboard for adults 18 & over.

Men's Softball

Men's Fall Ball. Min 12, Max 20 per Roster. Each team plays a Doubleheader each week. Season plays August Through November.

Men's & Coed Softball In New Jersey

We have a Men's and Coed league that plays throughout Northern NJ. To sign up a team, you'll need at least 12 players on your Roster.

Bar Shuffleboard

Perhaps one of the best bar games of all time - Shuffleboard. You and your teammate will slide round, blue and red discs across a sawdust table, with cold beer in hand. Not only is it great fun, but a good opportunity to network with your fellow Hobokenites. Games are played at the Ale House and Tally-Ho bar in Hoboken, NJ. You can put up to 5 players on your Team, and we guarantee you will become addictive to this classic game.
