REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Mail-In Registrations for the Soccer Leagues will begin on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. All registrations received prior to that date will be processed with the

mail on February 16. Team Registrations will not be accepted unless they are accompanied with full payment of

league fees and first draft of team roster.

Walk-In Registrations for the Soccer Leagues will be accepted beginning Tuesday, February 16, 2016. and will be processed with the mail on the

day the registration is received. Team Registrations will not be accepted

unless they are accompanied with full payment of league fees and

first draft of team roster.

PERSONAL CHECKS. Sponsor checks, money orders, certified checks and

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are acceptable. Please make all checks payable to: ActiveMONTGOMERY.

If your check is returned unpaid, your account will be debited for the original check amount, and electronically or via paper for the state’s maximum allowable

service fee. Payment by check constitutes authorization of these transactions. You may revoke your authorization by calling 800-666-5222, ext. 2 to arrange payment

for any outstanding checks and service fees due.

Forfeit and Refund Policy: Any team forfeiting two games will be

dropped from the league unless they post a $100 forfeit fee for reinstatement. No

refunds after the schedules are released or posted on the Recreation website. * Please Note The following: Men’s Open Division

I & II, Men’s 40 and Over and Men’s 45 and Over Division I, will use the 3 man referee system for their regular season.
