Mount Martha Holistic Yoga teacher Gill Gor-don, who has taught regularly since 1987, is offering free Relaxation and Meditation sessions during the Pandemic. To get the best benefit, avoid coffee until after the session, have a light blanket to cover your-self. These techniques can be done either on the floor, on your bed, or in a chair. No previ-ous experience required. Please check into zoom 10 minutes before sessions commence, as it is not possible to allow latecomers once meditation has commenced. There will be time at the end of the session for questions

Homemade Pasta Cooking Classes
$25 per class (plus ingredients)
Learn to make a range of authentic Italian pas-tas served in a variety of ways with delicious accompaniments. Warwick, has a knack of developing your culinary skills through clear, simple steps that guarantee success. This course caters for both meat lovers and vegetarians.
Class 1 Gnocchi Three Ways Saturday 7th Nov 4.00pm-6.30pm Learn to make both potato and ricotta gnocchi and serve it fried, baked and with a traditional tomato sauce.
Class 2 Homemade Pasta Three Ways Saturday 21st Nov 4.00pm-6.30pm Learn to make ravioli, cannelloni and spaghetti using a pasta machine. The sauces are simple and the results are delicious. The burnt butter and sage sauce for the ravioli is quite spectac-ular.
You will need a pasta machine for Class Kitch-en retailers and major department stores sell them. Myer has a $56 machine available online. Alternatively, check with friends- some-body is sure to have on in the cupboard.
