critical flanged joint , providing design, calculation, testing and on site

assembling services.

READY TO ASSEMBLY!

We conduct both destructive and non-destructive tests

as required. We have four kinds of Level II-III non-

destructive testing (NDT) at ULMA: Ultrasonic, magnetic

particle, liquid penetrant, and x-ray. These tests do not

harm the forgings and can be carried out on final pieces.

Our systems, processes and operations are certified to

ISO 9001 standards, as awarded by LLOYD’S REGISTER

QUALITY ASSURANCE.

They are reviewed continuously and audited by internal

quality audits and third-party inspection agencies.

HSE management is given top priority at ULMA. A

Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment

Management System (QHSE-MS) has been developed,

implemented and certified at our operating facility

as per the requirements of ISO 9001 (since 1992),

OHSAS 18001 (since 2010) and ISO 14002 (since

2002).

The QHSE Management System is third-party certified

by LLOYDS REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE and

subjected to a thoroughgoing annual audit.
