User Interface • Touch Screen Usable with Gloves • Instantly Switch between Imperial and Metric Units • Every Numeric Value Shows Its Unit • Customizable Languages • Night Vision System Compatible Low Light Mode
Solution Instant Data Presented in Highly Graphic Form on One Screen, Including
• Vertical and Horizontal Scope Settings, in “Scope Clicks” (per MOA or MRad) or in Decimal MOA or MRad
• Wind, Moving Target, or Both Presented as Scope Adjustment or Visual Lead
• Maximum Elevation Above Line of Sight • Indication of Trans-‐Sonic or Sub-‐Sonic at Impact • Range and Time of Flight to Impact • Wind Speed and Direction • Shot Incline • Scope Power
Speed & Accuracy • Uses Proprietary Computation Methods to Achieve Highest
Computed Accuracy with Lightning Speed • Computing Time of Solution is Independent of Range • Drastically Reduces Number of Computing Steps, Essentially
Eliminating Numerical Computation Errors

AIM-‐E
Advanced Interdiction Master -‐ Empyreal
High and Low Angle Shots Uses a Complete Vertical Atmospheric Model
• Automatically Computes Changing Forces as Projectile Moves Through Atmospheric Changes Due to Changing Altitude
• Applicable to Very Long Range, Highly Inclined Shots in Mountainous Terrain
• Gravity Vector is Included
Variable Power Scope Compensation Allows Compensation for Variable Power Scopes having Second Focal Plane Reticles
• Allows User to Set the Scope Power at which the Milli-‐Radian Reticle Indicators are Actually 1 Milli-‐Radian Apart
• Allows the User to Set the Current Scope Power • Automatically Compensates when Used for
o Mil-‐Dot Ranging o Mil-‐Dot Target Speed Estimation o Visual Leads
Graphic Input of Wind • Wind Speed and Direction Inputs are Simple “Drag and Drop” • Wind can be Zeroed in One Quick Step • Wind can be Set in MPH, KPH or M/S
Platforms Available on a Wide Variety of Platforms, including • Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) similar to the Socket Mobile SOMO 650
Series • Ruggedized Platforms such as the Tripod Data Systems “Recon”, “Nomad”
models and the ELBIT “RPDA-‐57” • Essentially Anything that runs Microsoft Windows Mobile
Security • AIM-‐E Software is Delivered on a Flash Memory Chip • Once Loaded the Chip is Removed and Stored as a Backup of the Program • AIM-‐E Software is Cryptographically Bound to a Specific Processor Unique
Identifier • A Chip Falling into Undesirable Hands Cannot be Used Without the Specific
Unit for which it was Created • AIM-‐E Has a Self Destruct Capability
Atmospheric Conditions • Uses the ICAO model • Includes Temperature, Barometric Pressure, Humidity, Altitude and Wind
Spin Drift Employs a Proprietary Aerodynamic Drift Algorithm to Compute “Spin” Drift
• “Spin” Drift is Automatically Included in Every Shot Solution
Integrated Shot Log • Press of a Single Button on the Solution Window Logs All Available
Information on the Solution to a Downloadable ASCII File • Log Data Includes
o Date and Time of Logged Shot o Hit or Miss Indicator o Gun Identifier; Bullet Identifier, Muzzle Velocity o Environmental Information o Complete Solution Information
Zero and Operate with Independent Conditions • Records Conditions Under which Weapon is Zeroed • Subsequent Shots are Computed under Current Conditions • Weapon does NOT need to be Re-‐Zeroed • Zero Distance, Conditions and Date/Time of Zeroing May Be Recorded in
System Shot Log
Range Card and Range Map • 360 Degree, Auto-‐Scaling Graphic Range Card • Store, Label, Recall and Re-‐Compute up to Nine Shot Scenarios • Graphically Set Location • Recall In Any Order • Store and Recall Range Maps
Graphic Input of Shot Inclination • Shot Inclination Input is a Simple “Drag and Drop” • Can be used Directly as a Visual Inclinometer for Inclination Estimation • Inclination can be Zeroed in One Quick Step
Graphic Mil-‐Dot Range Estimation • Graphically Set Mil-‐Dot Target Size via Drag and Drop • Set Object Size in Inches, Feet, Yards or Centimeters, Meters with a Single
Screen Tap • Comes with a User Editable List of Pre-‐Measured Object Sizes so the User can
Select From a List • Estimated Range Result goes Directly to Range Button, allowing Instant Single
Button Solution
Graphic Mil-‐Dot Target Size Estimation • Graphically Set Mil-‐Dot Target Size via Drag and Drop • At Known Range, AIM-‐E Computes Size of Object • Object Size Given in Metric or Imperial Units
Graphic Mil-‐Dot Target Speed Estimation • Allows Estimation of Cross-‐Track Speed of Target • Uses Single Button “Blind” Interval Timer • Given Known or Estimated Range, Computes Speed from Mil-‐Dots Travel • Can be used to Estimate Pedestrian Speed, Convoy Speed, Helicopter Speed
or Relative Speed (as, On Ships) • Automatically Incorporates Target Speed into Shooting Solution
Muzzle Velocity Estimation
With the Provision that the User Employs a Round with Known and Accurate Ballistic Coefficients, AIM-‐E can be used as a Virtual Chronograph to Estimate the Particular Muzzle Velocity of the Current Gun • AIM-‐E can Utilize Multiple Shots at the Same or Different Ranges • Estimated Muzzle Velocity can Instantly be Used for Solutions
Visual Target Leads User has Option to Display Lead due to Wind or Moving Target Speed (or Both) as a Horizontal Offset • Displayed by a “Chevron” Indicating Target Placement
AIM-‐E Remembers • Whenever AIM-‐E is Exited or Turned Off, the System Saves ALL Current Data • On Restart AIM-‐E goes Directly to the Target Screen so the User can
Immediately Obtain a Solution without Re-‐Specifying any Data
Guns, Caliber & Bullets • List of Calibers is Customized So You Only See What You Need • List of Bullets is Customized So You Only See What You Need • User NEVER has to Enter Ballistic Coefficients • User Can Save the User/Gun (Gun, Bullet and Scope Settings) to a Named File
and Recall It, Allowing AIM-‐E to be Used with Multiple Guns or by Different Shooters
