Superior Product SafetyThe AdvanCheK Pipeline x-ray system delivers outstanding contamination detection of foreign bodies such as glass, metal, stone, bone, high density plastics and rubber compounds.
High ThroughputThe AdvanCheK Pipeline x-ray system is capable of inspecting products at a rate of up to 10 tonnes per hour without damaging the product.
The AdvanCheK Pipeline x-ray system is designed to inspect pumped products, typically slurries, semi-solids and fluids, before further processing or final packaging.
AdvanCheK PipelineProduct Safety for Pumped Products
Hygienic DesignMounted on rails, the AdvanCheK Pipeline easily rolls away from the production line for quick and easy cleaning. Rails guide the x-ray system back into the exact location for tool-less reconnect.
The sanitary design offers easy access to all machine areas and it is suitable for harsh wash down environments with sealing of IP65 as standard and optional IP69K.

tion AdvanCheK Pipeline
A Functionally Rich X-ray System
Software Capability• Sophisticated yet simple to use,
giving the operator full control without requiring special training or previous x-ray knowledge
• Fully automated set-up and ready to use within minutes, ensuring maximum production uptime
• Continuous flow of product up to 10 tonnes per hour, depending on the application
Flexibility / Safety• 50mm (2”), 63mm (2.5”), 75mm
(3’’) diameter pipes are available to suit varying throughputs
• Compact footprint and can be fitted into the tightest of environments
• The flow rate signal from the customers pump can automatically change the scan speed and the reject timings to match the customers flow rates
Design / Hygiene• Class-leading hygienic design ensures
quick and easy disassembly, cleaning and reassembly
• Auto test facility option - a contaminant sample i.e. a stainless steel sphere moves through the beam and verifies level of detection - no need to insert test pieces in the pipe
• Easy calibration - the x-ray system is on castors allowing it to be rolled backwards during a product calibration, eliminating the need to disconnect the pipe work
Audits / Verification• Full statistics for quality reporting• Flexible approach to connectivity
is offered with options for data retrieval via external USB or Ethernet ports directly or via an OMAC compliant OPC server
The AdvanCheK Pipeline x-ray system not only offers outstanding contamination detection but also provides many other valuable benefits and features.

Safety - Right from the StartX-ray inspection systems for pumped products are typically used to inspect products at an early stage of the production to minimise wastage and to save costs.
X-ray offers very good contamination detection levels because the product is homogenous and the depth of inspection is small.
Industry Segments ProductsBakery Jams, Syrups, Garlic Butter, Cake Mix and Fillings

There are a number of different types of fully integrated high-speed reject valves available. The correct choice depends on a number of factors such as type of environment, product speed and product type. All reject valves can be synchronised to the pump, minimising the rejected portions.
