Katharine Hartnett and Angela Thomson will be facilitating the camp. These instructors are certified teachers with over 20 years of combined drama experience.

Cost: $75 Ages: Entering Grade 6 to Grade 12
Our Department offers a quality child-care programme for children entering Kindergarten to entering Grade 5. The ADC operates from 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Nutritional snacks and special activities are planned in accordance with our weekly themes. A maximum of 30 children per week will be accepted with preferences to those registered for the entire summer. Fee: $90 per child/week

For 2009, the Town of Oromocto Pioneer Days
Committee would like to further demonstrate its
commitment to preserving our environment, with a
“Green” Canada Day Parade.
All local area businesses, not-for-profit, multi-cultural,
special interest and sports groups, First Nations, military
personnel, draft horse and riding stables, schools and
local residents are invited to join in the parade. They are
to provide alternative ways to participate i.e. walking
group with costumes/uniforms, carrying banners, pulling
floats by alternate means, skateboards, rickshaws,
horseback, horse drawn wagons, bicycles, etc. Smart
Cars, Electric Vehicles and other environmentally-
friendly modes of transportation will be permitted.
Participants are encouraged to design/create floats or
costumes they can use in subsequent years.
