4. Monitoring and Reporting

Support in the development of a monitoring system for performance of the consultancy (inconsultation with Director).

Monitor all components of IFA supplementation and ORS and zinc supplementation inchildhood diarrhea program at the provincial and district levels and identify gaps and areasof support.

Undertake field visits including village visits to guide field implementation. Consolidate, validate and analyze monitoring data and build capacity at the district and

provincial levels to analyze and take corrective actions on the basis of the monitoring data. Compile and analyze monthly reports and share with MI Director.

5. Streamlining supply chain

Liaise with the Director and Logistic and Supply Chain Management Project Officer in theDirectorate of Nutrition and serve as a link between central, provincial and district levels.

6. Others Undertake travel to the selected districts, provinces and attend national level activities as

required.

Support other micronutrient programs in consultation with the Director MI.

Qualifications

Post graduate academic degree in medicine/nutrition/health sciences, health management, orrelated field;

At least 5 years of working experience with government, INGOs, NGOs, donors and/or UNagencies;

Good knowledge of policies and programs of government and donor agencies;

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member;

Ability to work independently and innovatively; Excellent computer and communication skills (presentation and writing), with fluency in

spoken and written English.
