(a) Admission to vacant seats in B.Tech, B.Pharma and MCA For B.Tech (EE,EI,ME,EC,CS & chemical) first year, B. Tech (EE,EI,ME,EC, CS & chemical)(second year under Lateral Entry scheme), B. Pharma I year & II year (under Lateral Entry scheme) and MCA (Regular) first year & II year (under Lateral Entry scheme). Only UPSEE-2019 qualified candidates are eligible for admission. For course Fee: BTech/BPharma/MCA please visit the website. Candidates are advised to visit the university website: www.mjpru.ac.in regularly for latest updates. The application forms can be downloaded from the university website. The details of fee structures will be made available on the university website. (b) Admission to vacant seats in MBA (General) & MBA (Marketing )- two years full time programme

Eligibility criteria: Graduation with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST). Course Fee: 50,000/- p.a.

Only UPSEE-2019 qualified candidates will be selected on the merit basis of UPSEE. Merit list will be displayed on the notice board on 07-08-2019

(c) Admission to vacant seats in BHM&CT- Four years full time programme

Eligibility criteria: Intermediate pass Course Fee: 35,000/- p.a. plus caution money 5000/-

Attend GD & PI : 10-08-2019 at 11.30 am in the Department of Business Administration, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. Preference shall be given to UPSEE-2019 qualified candidates.

(d) Admission to MBA Part Time- three years programme

Eligibility criteria: Graduate preferably with two years working experience Course Fee: 25000/- p.a.

Attend GD & PI : 10-08-2019 at 03.00 pm in the Department of Business Administration, MJP Rohilkhand University , Bareilly

For admission to vacant seats in MBA (General), MBA (Marketing), BHM&CT and fresh admission for MBA (Part Time)-3 years and MHM – 2 years, candidates have to submit the duly filled application form downloaded from university website: www.mjpru.ac.in along with a DD of Rs 500/- drawn in favor of Finance office, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, in the office Dean, Faculty of Management, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, latest by 05-08-2019. ENGLISH VERSION

SC/ST (with Parents’ income up to 2.5 lac) have to pay initial fees of 8,580/-. They have to apply for

online scholarship for refund of full fees. Later on they have to pay remaining part of the fees in

the month of March/April/May 2019 after receipt of scholarship from Govt. or from their own

resources (in case scholarship form is rejected by the Govt.)

Gen/OBC minority students also eligible for online scholarship depending upon parents’ income

(see Govt. website).

2,500/- is caution money which is Refundable.

b. For the government girls hostel (for SC/ST girls only) inside the campus: hostel fee is Rs.

9,550/- instead of Rs. 12,550/-.

c. Mess charges: Rs. 2,200/- per month (Six Month mess fee to be paid by Bank draft in favor of

Hostel Warden).

Students have to fill admission form. Forms of B.Tech. B.Pharm. MCA & Lateral courses have

different colors, so collect proper form. Students have to fill following forms/cards also:

1. Bank account opening form

2. Library membership

3. Library card

4. Enrolment form (Green). It is very compulsory.

Before leaving the department, they should deposit all the forms in room no. EE-103.

6. If a student has passed qualifying exam form unrecognized university/Board the admission will be

based on the university admission booklet 2019-20. National Institute of Opening Schooling is

a Recognized Board.

Two separate demand drafts for the academic and hostel fees in favour of “Finance officer,

MJP Rohilkhand University, Payble at Bareilly” are to be submitted at the time of reporting.

Fee by cheque/cash is not allowed.

Following students are eligible for fee refund and scholarship form Samaj Kalyan Vibhag,

Govt. of UP.

Opening of Bank account in Union Bank University campus is compulsory. For this, following

For the admission, candidates are required to bring following items/certificates:

1. Four latest passport size and four ticket size photographs for I-card, hostel card, library card etc.

2. Photocopies of income & caste certificates from competent authority of UP Govt. to be submitted

by the candidates, whose parents’ income is up to 2.5 lac** (for SC/ST) and 2.0 lac** (for

Gen/OBC); and want to apply for scholarship.

**The limit will be dependent on a latest Govt. order.

3. U. P. State Domicile certificate if the candidate has passed 10+2 or qualifying examination from

other state.

4. Gap affidavit if the candidate has passed 10+2 examination before 2019.

7. A color photocopy of the admit card of the UPTU entrance examination.

The photocopy of the certificate of the board, in which there is of scanned photograph of the

student.

10. A copy of residence proof and identity proof.

11. Students are advised to bring original mark sheets and other documents.

12. All the students have to submit the affidavits that the documents submitted are correct, especially

the rank card. In case of any wrong information, admission will be cancelled and fee will not

be returned any circumstances.
