15 Secretary to Vice Chancellor (BS-17)One(01)

(a) First Class Master Degree/LL.B with 5 years experience ofstenographic/Secretarail/Administrative work. OR

(b) Second Class Graduate with 10 Years experience ofStenographer/Secretarial/Administrative work.

16 SDO(Civil) One (01) (a) B.Sc degree in Civil Engineering from a recognizedUniversity, with three years experience of constructingbuildings and Roads.

INSTRUCTIONS

The prescribed application forms are obtainable from Establishment Section of the University ORwww.kkkuk.edu.pkon production of bank receipt or Demand Draft or online deposit for Rs.1000/- on a/c ofapplication processing fee (University Bank Account No.000114700028 in Allied Bank Pvt Limited Karak City.

Three sets of publications alonwith a Bank Receipt (same Bank and Account No as mentioned above) Rs. 3500/-for Professors and Associate Professors, as research evaluation fee in addition to application form fee to besubmitted along with the application of respective Post.

Candidates serving in Govt.Semi-Govt or Autonomous Institutions should route their applications through properchannel.

Applications with attested copies of all degrees, diplomas, medals/distinction certificates and year-wise detailedmarks certificates, experience certificate and 04 Passport Size Photographs should reach to the undersigned on orbefore08-07-2013. The last date 18-07-2013for those who apply from abroad.

The Candidates having Foreign Degree/Certificate will provide Equivalency Certificate from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad. Incomplete applications or received after closing date will not be entertained. Separate application form must be submitted for each post. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending test/interview. The University reserved the right not to fill any or all post(s) or increase / decrease the post(s) according to

requirement. CGPA less than 3.00/4.00 will be considered as 2

ndDivision.
