The Winner’s Lounge will feature champagne and select drinks along with light hors d’oeuvres for all NAHA Winners. The room will be decorated in a celebratory manner to include lounge furniture, carpeting and additional décor. In addition, this is the location of the photo studio that all Winner’s will be taken to after their acceptance speech for post event photographs and interviews. NAHA will be shown via monitors in the Lounge as all Winners are invited to stay for the duration of the program.

The entire NAHA 2019 show including Red Carpet coverage will be shown via livestream. This opportunity will give the advertiser a customized, co-branded landing page that will house the livestream. Graphics must be provided by the advertiser and are subject to PBA approval.

The NAHA Tribute Journal is an annual full-color keepsake book featuring the work of NAHA 2019 Finalists, colleagues, and sponsor advertisements congratulating the Winners and Finalists. Promote your brand and honor the work of the beauty industry with your own four-color, full-page ad or a two-page spread. This keepsake book is given out to every NAHA attendee. Deadline for assets (subject to PBA approval) is Dec. 21, 2018.

Your brand(s) can be part of the NAHA discussion and event. 30-second commercials will be featured during the NAHA 2019 Red Carpet livestream. Increase your brand(s) visibility by having your company and/or product commercial shown during NAHA. Commercials will reach thousands of stylists worldwide as they watch the Red Carpet livestream.

E-blasts will be sent to the NAHA distribution list. E-blast assets are provided by the advertiser and sent out by PBA. E-Blasts must reference your participation in the event. Email specs will be provided and artwork is subject to PBA approval.

Promote your brand on PBA’s Facebook and instagram pages. Graphics and captions are produced by the advertiser and posted by PBA on our social channels. Graphics must reference your participation in the event and include NAHA dates and logo. A caption with the maximum limit of 150 characters is required and must include #NAHA. Artwork and caption are subject to PBA approval.

Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be contacted by a sponsorship coordinator. Your sponsorship coordinator will give you more detailed specifi cations, guidelines and deadline dates for all the marketing and promotional opportunities you selected. All customer supplied artwork and product for distribution are subject to PBA approval. To ensure deadlines are met, plan your submissions for approval according to the dates provided by your sponsorship coordinator.

• 100% of total fee is due within 30 days of signing this agreement. If contract is submitted within 30 days of the event, full payment is due immediately upon receipt of signed agreement. All fees are non-refundable (conditions apply).*

• Category choice is assigned on a fi rst-come basis upon confi rmation of signed contract and payment as denoted above.• The terms of this agreement may not be modifi ed, except by written Agreement, signed by both parties. • It is understood that this form shall be legally binding between NAHA Management, hereinafter known as PBA, and your company,

hereinafter known as Advertiser/Sponsor, only upon acceptance by PBA. • Advertiser/Sponsor shall be responsible for providing the “fi nished” Promotional Opportunity (i.e. artwork, names, product, etc.) as required by

the deadline date(s) and for meeting the exact specifi cation indicated in the confi rmation letter. In the event that such deadline is not met by the Sponsor, the opportunity in question shall revert back to PBA without obligation or refund of monies.

• If any term of this Agreement shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heir and successors of the Advertiser/Sponsor. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Advertiser/Sponsor and PBA concerning NAHA 2019 Sponsorship Opportunities.

• Company representative/presenter must be an industry ICON or the public face of your company.• Cancellation: Any Advertiser/Sponsor wishing to cancel this contract must do so in writing to Show Management. If such notice is received

by Show Management before fulfi llment begins, one half (50%) of the total fee shall be due to Show Management. If notice is received after fulfi llment begins, the total fee (100%) shall be due to Show Management. All fees Paid to PBA are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Initiation of this proposal does not constitute a hold on items contained until fully executed by your company and the Professional Beauty Association (PBA).
