1. Attached herewith is the DepEd Advisory No. 276, s. 2016, dated September 28, 2016, re: "14th NATIONAL SCIENCE QUEST". The activity will be conducted on February 10-12, 2017 at Baguio Teachers Camp, Baguio City. The contents of which are self-explanatory, for appropriate action.

2. Attached with are lists of qualifiers during the conduct of Regional Math Olympiad 2016 on October 17, 2016 for the following categories in Mathematics to be contested during the 14th National Science Quest;

- Math Quiz (Individual) — Elementary and Secondary - Math Quiz (Team) — Elementary and Secondary - SUDUKU — Elementary and Secondary - DAMATHS — Elementary and Secondary

Coaches, advisers, Regional and Division Supervisors, ASDS, SDS, Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, School Heads, District Supervisors, Principals, winners and other Science enthusiast ae advised to attend this activity.

Each participant shall be charged with registration fee of TWo thousand nine hundred pesos (Php 2,900.00) to cover wpa for board and lodging, honoraria of judges, certillcates, medals, trophies and other miscellaneous expenses, chargeable against Local Government Unit (LGU), Non-Government Organization (NGO) and sponsors.

All regional Science Supervisors arid ASEP Officers should be at the venue on February 3, 2015 for finalization of Terms of Reference (TOR).

This is due to the availability of the National Judges and Keynote Speakers on February 10-12, 2017 only. The venue will still be in Teachers Camp, Baguio City.

2. The theme of the 14th National Science Quest is "SAVE MOTHER EARTH THROUGH SUSTAINABILITY OF CLEAN AND GREEN ENVIRONMENT"

3. The write-ups for the SIP students and teachers, elementary and secondary can be forwarded to Ms. Ferry Mendez at Teachers Camp, Baguio City on or before February 1, 2017.
