Online is the hub between stakeholders, keeping administration and communication simple.

Each site is bespoke reflecting your colours and logo. The Group Secretary landing page guides to the most frequent tasks.

Membership can be segmented by branch, category, location and product allowing reporting for finance including P11D and benefit take up. All policy specific information is available by product and employee. Policy documentation, claim forms, reports and invoicing are easily sourced. ADVO Online includes all the benefits an employer wishes to offer. The Flex-benefit platform, an extension of Staff portals, are tailored to match company branding. Standard Staff Portals include full policy documentation and direct communication with the ADVO Account Manager in addition to Total Reward Statements, treatment locators and retail discounts to encourage repeat visits.

Each of our Clients have dedicated Account Managers responsible for looking after their staff policies. Online amendments are managed by administrators who support the Account Manager. This means that our customers know exactly who is taking ownership of their benefits, and are secure in the knowledge that the platform contains accurate real-time data.
