JDA, Jaipur issued Lease Deed No. 15537 ondated 20.04.2012 in favour of Shanti Devi Sharma & Vishnu Kumar Gupta. This Lease Deedis duly registered by Sub-Registrar-IV, Jaipur on dated 10.09.2012 at Book No. I, VolumeNo. 265, on Page No. 154, Registration No. 2012398003524 Additional Book No.1, Add.Volume No.1060, on Page No. 32 to 39. Then after Shanti Devi Sharma & Vishnu KumarGupta executed Sale Deed in favour of MIs Suvaas Homes Pvt. Ltd. Through its DirectorAshok Singh. This Sale Deed is duly registered by Sub-Registrar-I, Jaipur on dated08.09.2017 at Book No.1, Volume No.l018, on Page No.IIO, RegistrationNo.20 17030 lSI 06469 Additional Book No.1, Add.
