The pre-recruitment and screening assessment journey
The diagram below illustrates a typical applicant journey when usingour pre-recruitment and screening tools.
We will work with you to ensure these bespoke tools meet yourorganisation’s needs.
Throughout the journey there are filters to identify ineligible applicants, notifications to provide IAGto applicants and profilers to show applicants how they have scored in the assessments.
The tools offer a cost-effective and efficient approach to pre-screening applicants to your organisation.
The candidate applies for a vacancy as normal

The candidate is directed to your website which contains more
information about the available role. Candidate then applies via
your website and is directed to your branded self-registration page.
If the candidate is ineligible to become an apprentice they will be informed via a message which will
also provide a number they can call for more information.
The candidate creates a unique user name and
password. Contact detailswill be captured for future
use once the candidate has submitted the form.
The system will automatically filter eligible candidates so that
they can continue with the recruitment process.Ineligible candidates
will be informed.
If eligible, the candidate continues withthe recruitment and initial assessment tools.
Candidate visits your branded Learner Management System
and completes a shortquestionnaire to determine

InductionThis is aimed at anyone starting an apprenticeship. It introduces learners to what they can expect from an apprenticeship and familiarises them with all of the elements of apprenticeship delivery.
