Each treeremovesasubstantialamountofharmfulcarbondioxideemissionsfromtheairandreleasesoxygen. Revenue will start to begeneratedfromthefirstyearfromthesalesofCarbonCredits,ROC’s,REC’setcFrom the second year ofcompletion revenue will started from the all the otherdevelopmentsandproduction(Electricity,biodiesel–motorfuel,timber,paper,etc.).TheestimatedannualIRRwillberangingfrom37%toover100%andthepotentialfordividendstoInvestorsasearlyastheendofthesecondyear.ItisfinancialviablewithoutsubsidiesevenifthecrudeoilpriceswilldroptoUSD$24perbarrelAdditionally,ourClosedLoopEnergyproductionSystem,whichmeltsthetreesratherthanburningthem,willretainallcarbondioxidegeneratedbytheproductionprocessandwillreduceemissionsintheenergyproductionfieldby100%.
UAE'sgreenhousegasemissionsin2013pointoutthatthecountry'stransportsectorisresponsiblefor22%ofthetotalemissions,amountingto44.6milliontonnesofcarbondioxide.Useamixofourcellulosichighoctaneethanol(122octane)andnormalfossilfuel(E85)willreducetheemissionsbyapproximately91%or(40.6millionstonnesofCO2less)ascomparedtoconventionalgasoline,whiletheelectricitygenerationprocesswillgeneratezeroemissions,makingitamodelforenvironmentalprotection..
