BRUTE FORCE HEADERSDyno Tuned for MAX Torque and HorsepowerAEM is proud to introduce its BRUTE FORCE header systems for trucksand SUVs. BRUTE FORCE long-tube designs increase power andtorque over short versions because we are able to tune the lengthand diameter to work with the engine instead of simply building them to fit.

BRUTE FORCE headers are precision bent on our CNC mandrelbenders using data acquired from our non-contact digitizing scanner.We CNC machine the flanges, machine-grind the flange matingsurface to ensure a leak-free seal and use a robotic MIG welder to attach the flange to the header pipes. Our state-of-the-art

manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system we make.

BRUTE FORCE headers are available in mild steel with a proprietarytemperature- and corrosion-resistant ceramic coating. Everyceramic-coated system is thermal degreased, sandblasted and hand-painted to ensure an even application of coating. After verifying theproper thickness of the coating, the header is cured for properbonding of the ceramic coating and then fine-blasted for a high-luster finish. For off-road use only.

Our oval Diesel DRYFLOW air filter with a 4-inch opening (part number 21-2259DK) is independently tested to flow 1350 CFM (see www.aempower.comfor test results). Our filter has over twice the flow capacity of most diesel enginerequirements, allowing for longer service life and higher efficiency for maximumperformance in between service intervals.
