The Aerisa AerBRUSH is a needle point brush type ion-izer designed for almost any fan application includingRoof Top Units, Air Handling Units, FCUs, PTACs, HeatPumps, and even ductless split systems. It is designed tobe mounted at the fan inlet through which air is beingdrawn. The ionizer is self-contained in a potted ABS boxwith molded flange mounting holes. The AerBRUSH canbe powered with 12V DC, 24V AC, 120V AC and 230V ACwithout the use of an external power supply device ortransformer. The AerBRUSH is capable of treating 2,400CFM and is protected with a 500 mA glass cartridge fuse.

IN LINE 500 mAGLASS CARTRIDGE FUSEPOWER WIRING
1.Mount the unit at the fan inlet using the holes in the mounting flange per the figure above, insuring the airstream blows over the 2 brushes simultaneously.
2. The unit should be mounted downstream of the filter.3. Connect the appropriate power per the following:
a. Red =Hot, Black =Neutral for 24V,120Vand 230VACpowerb. Red = Positive (+), Black = Negative (-) for 12V DC power
4. For 120V and 230V power input models, the installer shall provide a grounding method per the local AHJ.
5.When power is activated, the green LED light will illuminateindicating that the ionizer is functioning properly.
