Ÿ The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership. The

membership fee for Level 1 Rs. 12,000 + 18% Goods and Services Tax amounting to Rs. 14,160

only. The membership fee for Level 2 Rs. 17,500 + 18% Goods and Services Tax amounting to

Rs. 20,650.

Ÿ The membership card is non-transferable and the hotel has the right to request the member for a

valid Government approved photo ID at the time of using the card.

Ÿ The membership card and the certificates have no cash value and cannot be traded. Lost or

misplaced certificates cannot be replaced.

Ÿ Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to the Member Help Desk. An

administrative fee of Rs. 500 + taxes will be charged for a replacement membership card, which

will have the same expiry as the original membership card.

Ÿ Discounts can only be availed upon presentation of your valid signed Star Gourmet membership

card. The value of the specific discounts does not include taxes.

Ÿ Membership benefits will not apply during promotions, special events, festivals or on any other

day as specified by the hotel.

Ÿ All certificates are for one time use only and need to be surrendered to avail of the benefit.

Ÿ Star Gourmet card and certificate benefits will not be valid at Casablanca lounge and restaurant.

Ÿ A 15% discount will be applicable for Star Gourmet members during special promotions and

food festivals.

Ÿ The management reserves the right to change the terms of the membership from time to time

without any notice.

Ÿ All room reservations must be made in advance and are subject to room allocation availability.

Ÿ Hotel Sahara Star reserves the right to deny a membership to any individual without assigning a

reason.
