From our tactically located facilities around the UK, we service and support a growing, world wide client base in aircraft structures and aero engine build in both civil and military aircraft sectors.

James Fisher Aerospace have a deep understanding of the importance of delivering reliable, safety critical and highly time sensitive test solutions to the aerospace industry and are very familiar with all methods of testing aerospace structures and components, both on site and in our own test facilities. Our ability to design and manufacture test equipment early in the project development lifecycle provides an invaluable resource to our customers.

We can provide proof of concept testing, conformity inspections, component testing and complete certification testing to the latest revision, along with the design and supply of test and support equipment and the preparation of user manuals, technical and certification documentation.

James Fisher Aerospace has extensive test facilities in the UK, with nearly 1500m2 of working floor space and working heights up to 15.7m. In addition, our dedicated, non-destructive testing teams are located at 3 strategic locations performing over 100,000 component tests per annum.

The expanding use of composite and exotic materials present increased challenges in maintaining quality, safety and optimizing cost effectiveness for our customers. We provide software based static, dynamic and thermal analysis support, seamlessly integrated within our design solutions.

The team is capable of the full management, updating, distribution and control of test data throughout the testing process, this data can be sent to our clients through secure electronic data transfer systems.

Our extensive knowledge and experience in design, manufacture, installation, testing and through life support for the production of aircraft structures and aero engines, as well as lifting, handling and transportation solutions, is integrated with our expanding global supply chain, delivering best in class manufacturing solutions from around the world.
