Aetna Resources For Living (ARFL) is a series of confidential services that help eligible employees and their household members balance the demands of work, life and personal issues.
Seminars
Not only does your Aetna Resources For Living (ARFL) provide you with services to help you balance work and life; we also offer seminars to support your staff. Each seminar is listed with:
• A brief description of what we will review in the seminar
• A listing of the seminar objectives
• The length of the seminar, if more than one hour
These seminars give basic information for the employees and groups we serve. ARFL seminars encourage members to find out more about topics we cover. They provide refresher information for some. They also promote knowledge about ARFL. These seminars do not replace in‐depth, specialized trainings.
Setting up a seminar is easy
Seminars can be set up by submitting a completed request form to [email protected] or contacting your account executive. Be prepared to share any information that will be helpful; such as new policies or changes in your workplace. Your account executive can help you decide which seminar best meets your team’s goals. When you request a seminar, please have this information on hand:
• Topic requested
• Number of seminars
• Date(s) and time(s) preferred
• Site contact person’s name, phone and email address
• Delivery site address
• Anticipated number of participants and group demographics
• Any special security/safety requirements
Lead time for seminar requests
In order to schedule your seminar, our team needs a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel a seminar, please contact the Training Department directly at [email protected] at least three business days in advance of your seminar. Cancellations fewer than three business days may result in a fee. Please discuss any concerns about this policy with your Account Executive. We will work with you to reschedule your seminar.

Unless otherwise noted, most of our seminars are intended to last one hour. If you would like to schedule a shorter session, please consult our list of 30 minute seminars. Please note these seminars are meant to be delivered face‐to‐face and your organization will be charged one hour of training.
