AFC Provides Customized Products for Industry

At AFC, we manufacture our own control panels and heated air make-up units. We provide systems to maintain spray temperature as well as systems to dry-off and cure the applied material. We can custom design ovens for any industrial process. We use only state of the art industrial grade components on our controls and offer many advanced features, including touch screens, auto balance, economy mode, data logging and internal modems for remote trouble shooting.

Safety Standards and Code Compliance

All models are constructed to standards of the National Board of Fire Underwriters for coating equipment, as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA33), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements. All models use components that are National Electric Manufacturers Association (NEMA) rated, Underwriters Laboratories (UL) approved, and Edison Testing Laboratories (ETL) listed. Standard components and accessories are available to comply with any special state or local code requirements.
