I want to recognize Naseem Khan for his efforts in delivering the digital signature capture capability for the Interact account opening process onthe Banking Center tablets. Naseem helped driv e the POC which led to the selection of the SignDoc tool and then provided the architecturesolution integrating it with Interact and the CTMT Forms Engine. P ersonal Bankers with tablets can now display account opening formselectronically and have the customer sign on the tablet using a stylus, replacing the current process of printing the forms, signing the paper andscanning the forms back in for archiving. Since rolling out in September, f eedback has been great and Naseem has found ways to improve theresponse time for processing and storing the e-signed documents. This has eliminated the manualprocess today that faxed Customer’s signed accounts to be stored for later access. Naseem continues to improve upon the response time andprocess to store the electronic documents with signatures to the upstream system of record.

The bank communicatesfrom CTMT to Zoot (decision vendor) via an outdated proxy server. Our NCG partnersrecognized the inability of the old proxy to handle the volume and desgined a solutionin partnership with our CTMT production support team to leverage a new highcapacity server. The solution required both teams to make application, proxy, andfirewall changes and both SIT and stress test changes. The team implemented thischange flawlessly and we are now seeing better response times for Teller SCORE thanever before.
