I,Ma. Richelle Q. Oliva, Filipino, of legal age with office address at No.

35 McArthur Highway, Marulas, Valenzuela City, Philippines, after having been

duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am fluent in both English and Filipino/Tagalog languages.

2. I hereby certify that I have translated/verified the following documents

 which are attached to this Affidavit:

a. English Translation of certain paragraphs in the Filipino/Tagalog

language from the Counter Affidavit of Elmer Cordeta Vinuya;

 b. English Translation of the Complaint Affidavit of Sheryll Villena.

3.  I further certify that I am competent to perform the translation and to

the best of my knowledge, the attached documents in English are true and

accurate translation of the attached documents in Filipino/Tagalog language.

4.  I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts

and for whatever legal purposes and intent this affidavit may serve.
