a background check on your clients as any fraud from them will result in your

penalization.

Internally give targets of at least 10 free members per sales person as it will

increase the number of upgrades from your side and keep a track & account of

all your clients in case that anyone of them tries to contact TradeKey

customers and get new ones and activate your clients by asking them to post

Limitations for Partners

You will not be allowed to Sell and Market yourself to existing free and premium

members of TradeKey.com. We would like for you to bring in new members

convert them into Free Members pursue and then convert them into SilverKey

members and finally GoldKey members.

If one of your clients turn out to be a fraud we will be deducting two

commissions form your account

Manual tracking should be done by Partners in case their clients come directly

Once a member is upgraded any changes will result from deduction of

commissions

Secrecy of data and information of all clients and contacts shall be protected by

Partners

No direct deductions of commissions unless prior approved

Need to maintain a specific number of free members along with premium

members

There should be agreed upon conversion ratio of people that you refer to

TradeKey.com

Clients shall be upgraded within 3 to 5 business days after Business Certificate,

Signed Terms & Conditions form and Payment has been sent and all documents

are approved
