A MESSAGE FROM CHEF ANDREW

While creating and putting together new dishes for Azur’s buffet selection, I decided to create a menu packed with memories and flavours. For this, I included certain much loved recipes I collected and tweaked over the years to suit the Singaporean palate.

In particular, the buffet will feature a few of my Indonesian specialties, each of which evoke and hold a special memory and significance.

The new Azur buffet menu contains no pork, no lard and focuses on the natural flavours of the fresh ingredients. Expect nothing but an appetizing spread that I would personally serve to my friends and family.
