Robert & Jean Wolf Memorial Scholarship (Sophomore Horse Judging) .. Heather BurroughsIn the fall of 2002 Jon Wolf, founder of the Equine program, suffered the loss of both parents, Robert and Jean Wolf of Polo during the month of September. They were of vital support in the beginning of the program and remained so to the end. Both parents are so reflected in the personality and dedication of Jon. This award will be given to a sophomore horse judge that compted on the judging team all four semesters; set high goals and made major progress in their placing of classes and oral reasons; stayed very coachable until the end, trying hard and finishing strong. This award goes to the sophomore who accumulates the most contest points in fall competition.
