Management of accountTreasurer is responsible for both accounts, in addition President and Vice president have access to the accounts and are therefore responsible too

Operating account will not have more than three thousands dollars, additional amount goes to capital accounts

Any withdrawal from capital account will need board approval Checks are deposited every week Individual tax letter will be send by the end of the year Audit by the end of the year
