Cristiano Zaroni is the managing director for Frost &Sullivan Latin America and responsible for teams basedin Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Miami/US.Since joining Frost & Sullivan, Cristiano has led several

strategic consulting engagements in Latin America, in addition to driving theregional strategy, operations and business development efforts. His currentconsulting activities are focused on the analysis of Emerging Technologies and theirimpact on business models and corporate strategies. Cristiano has more than 15years of experience on technology and consulting industries, developing his careerat iconic companies, from start-ups to global enterprises. Eduardo is part of the IoT global team of Telefonica Group and since February2014 leads the Smart Cities Solutions and Energy Efficiency Division in TelefonicaVIVO. Javier Rey

Sales Vice President, Caribbean & Latin AmericaAlcatel-Lucent

Javier Rey is Sales VP of Alcatel-Lucent for the Caribbean& Latin America (CALA) region, in charge of thecompany’s operations in Mexico, Central America andthe Caribbean. In addition, Javier leads the Technical

Sales and CTO organization for Caribbean and Latin America and more recentlythe development of new strategy and go to market redefinition for the region toincrease customer and market diversification. Previously, Javier was the commercialleader and general manager for Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela, where he ledthe consolidation and expansion of the company business after the merger ofAlcatel and Lucent Technologies in 2006. Javier has more than 20 years ofexperience in the industry, having started as Operations Director in charge ofengineering, planning and operations for CATV operators in Venezuela. From 1998to 2004, he held management roles in telecommunications during the deploymentof fixed and mobile communication networks in Venezuela and Colombia. From2004 to 2008 he was general manager of Lucent Technologies and then Alcatel-Lucent in the Andean region. He was also president of the Venezuelan Chamberof Telecommunications Enterprises. Jayme Faria currently serves as Consulting Managerwithin Frost & Sullivan's Information & CommunicationTechnologies (ICT) business unit in Latin America. He isresponsible for the management of regional market

intelligence studies and strategic consulting projects, assisting global and regionalproviders and value chain participants. His experience in the ICT sectorencompasses analysis related to IT services, emerging technologies such as cloudcomputing, internet of things and enterprise mobility, customer insights,solutions/services trends by industry vertical.
