Methodology

Low yield farms in mountainous areas

which maintain and enhance biodiversity.

These small land properties have high

rates of organic farming and very strong

tradition in product quality excellence.

Selection of quality organic farmers

who will cooperate with our Agronomist

These farms will

qualify as “Ultra Quality Farms”

4. Our Product “Ultra Premium Organic Olive Oil”

For Agiolia organic olive oil we have selected the

Peloponnese region (Taygetos mountain),

which produces extra virgin olive oil of

Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).

Producers from the area have strong tradition

and deep knowledge of the olive oil product,

extensive experience in organic farming.

In this environment the olive Koroneiki is

grown which gives a unique worldwide

olive oil, with a rich aroma and taste.

The batches of finished product bring tabbed

authenticity (authenticity cards), which

appear on the packaging and they are detectable

from our internet site.

Ideal microclimate absence of intensive

plantations, exceptional biodiversity

(Thyme,Oregano..e.t.c).

The pressing of the olives and

the bottling process is taking place at the source

in certified organic mill and bottling site ,

by mechanical means, under the constant

supervision of our agronomist.
