DRAMMCORPORATIONwarrantsallAgitation/AerationBucketstobefreefromdefectinmaterialsandworkmanshiptotheoriginalpurchaserforaperiodofsixmonths,onlaborandpartsthatarenotsubjecttounusualwear.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverunitsthathavebeenabusedorusedinamannerinconsistentwiththeowner’smanualinstructions.
DRAMMCORPORATIONgivesnowarranty,expressedorimplied,inregardtoefficacyofanypesticide.

InstructionsTheAABisavailableintwopowerformats:120/240vACor12vDC.Bothunitsoperatethesameandhavethesamepowerreceptacleforelectricalconnections.The12vDCunithastheadditionofabatterytooperatewithoutthepowercord.120/240vACVersion:Beforeoperation,plugtheincludedpowertransformerintoanACreceptacle.ConnectthetransformertotheAABbyusingthepowerinletonthesideoftheunit(seebelow).Thetransformerreducesthevoltageintothebucketto12vDCforsafety.Keepthetransformerawayfromwater.UseaGFCIoutletwhenusingthisdevicetopreventelectricalshock.12vDCVersion:Beforeoperation,plugtheincludedpowertransformerintoanACreceptacle.ConnectthetransformertotheAABbyusingthepowerinletonthesideoftheunit(right).Thiswillchargetheunit.Thechargeisindicatedonthecharger.Oncefullycharges,theAAB12Vwillrunfor1.5hoursbeforeneedingtoberecharged.Theunitwillchargeinapproximately5hours.Donotleavetheunitpluggedintothechargeroncetheunitischargedtopreventdamagetothebattery.

TheAgitation/AerationBucketissimpletooperate.Itisintendedtoworktoagitateapremixedsolutionortoagitateandaerateabiologicalsolution.The5galloncapacity
makesitperfectforusewithportableinjectorsorsmallsprayers.AgitationWhenusedforagitation,theAABcankeepapremixedsolutioninsuspension.Itisimportanttopremixanysolutionbeingusedinthebucket.Beginbymixingaslurryinaseparatecontainer.AddtheremainderofthewaterneededtotheAABandstartagitationbyturningthePOWERswitchonthefrontofthebucket(seebelow)to“ON”.Thiswillbegina1gpmrecirculationofwaterthebucket.Addthepremixedslurrytothealreadyrecirculatingwaterinthebucketslowly.Mixifneeded.TheAABwillkeepthesolutioninsuspensionindefinitely.AerationPreparesolutionandagitateasabove.Toinjectairintotherecirculation,movetheAERATIONswitchfromAGITtoAIR.Thiswillsiphonairintotherecirculatingwaterflow,providingsaturationlevelofoxygentothebucket.TheAABwillbeabletokeepvarioussolutionsinsuspension.However,premixingisimportant.Itispossibletoclogthepumpandinjectorinternallyifsolutionsthataretoothickorpowdersandotherchemicalsareaddeddirectlytothebucketwithout
beingpremixed.
