La nostra azienda ha iniziato come attività di soli montaggi ed assistenza industriali, acquisendo una notevole esperienza anche nel settore degli atomizzatori. Con gli anni abbiamo appreso che le camere di atomizzazione degli atomizzatori, di marca o dimensioni diverse, sono sovradimensionate rispetto alla produzione nominale della macchina allo stato originale.

Nuestra empresa empezó dedicándose únicamente al montaje y a la asistencia industrial, adquiriendo una notable experiencia tambien en el campo de los atomi-zadores. Con los años, hemos aprendido que las cámaras de atomización de los atomizadores, de marcas o dimensiones diferentes, son demasiado grandes para la producción nominal de la máquina en su estado original.

Our company started its business with industrial installations and service only, acquiring a signifi cant experience in spray driers, too.In the years, we learned that the spraying chambers in the spray driers of different dimensions or makes are oversized compared with the rated production of the machine at the original state.

Notre société a commencé son activité comme entreprise de montages et assis-tance installations industrielles, en acquérant une expérience remarquable même en ce qui concerne les atomiseurs. Avec les années nous avons appris que les chambres d’atomisation des atomiseurs, de marque ou dimensions differentes, sont surdimensionnées par rapport à la production nominale de la machine à l’état original.

Per far fronte ad esigenze di spazio dei nostri clienti, abbiamo studiato dei sistemi di potenziamento che garantiscono risultati soddisfacenti di produzione con ridot-ti impieghi di denaro rispetto all’acquisto di una nuova macchina. Ad esempio, un atomizzatore con una capacità di evaporazione di 6.000 LT H2O/ h dopo il poten-ziamento potrà garantire 9.500 LT H2 O/ h evaporati.

Para responder a las necesidades de espacio de nuestros clientes, hemos estu-diado sistemas de potenciación que garantizan resultados de producción satisfac-torios con reducidas inversiones, en comparación con la compra de una máquina nueva. Por ejemplo, un atomizador con una capacidad de evaporación de 6.000 Lt H2O/h podrá garantizar 9.500 Lt H2O/h evaporados después de la potenciación.

To meet the space requirements of our customers, we have studied potentiation systems that ensure satisfactory production results with reduced investments in respect to the purchase of a new machine. For example, a spray drier with a capac-ity of 6.000 Lt of evaporated water/h, after the potentiation can guarantee 9.500 Lt of evaporated water/h.

Pour faire face à des exigences d’espace de nos clients, nous avons étudié des systèmes d’augmentation de puissance qui garantissent des résultats de production satisfaisants avec des emplois d’argent réduits par rapport à l’achat d’une nouvelle machine. Par exemple, un atomiseur avec une capacité d’évaporation de 6 000 l d’eau/h, après l’augmentation de puissance pourra garantir 9 500 l d’eau/h éva-porés.

Normalmente, per poter elaborare l’offerta mandiamo un tecnico specializzato, che oltre a studiare l’impiantistica del sistema di potenziamento, fa un check-up com-pleto all’atomizzatore questo per cercare possibili parti danneggiate (esempio: cono, cilindro, diffusore aria calda, tubazioni aria esausta, cicloni ecc..) che impedireb-bero il massimo rendimento della macchina.

Generalmente, para poder elaborar la oferta enviamos un técnico especializado, que además de estudiar la instalación del sistema de potenciación hace un chequeo completo del atomizador, para buscar posibles piezas dañadas (ejemplo: cono, cilindro, difusor del aire caliente, tubería del aire consumido, ciclones, etc...) que impedirían el máximo rendimiento de la máquina.

Usually, in a way to elaborate the offer, we send a skilled technician, who besides to study the engineering of the potentiation system, he totally check the spray drier to find possible damaged parts (e.g.: cone, cylinder, hot air diffusor, exhausted air pipings, cyclones, etc...), that could prevent the full performance of the machine.

Normalement, pour pouvoir élaborer l’offre nous envoyons sur les lieux un techni-cien spécialisé, qui non seulement étudie les installations industrielles du système d’augmentation de puissance, mais qui fait aussi un check-up complet de l’atomi-seur ce pour chercher des pièces endommagées éventuelles (par exemple : cône, cylindre, diffuseur d’air chaud, conduites d’air épuisé, cyclones, etc. …), qui empêcheraient le rendement maximum de la machine.
