The Organization agrees to submit content within one year of signing and failing to do this accepts responsibility for album cost shouldthere be need of refunds. Peachtree Portraits will provide a “proof book” to the organization to approve and make any changes necessary before printing the Legacy Album. Upon making any corrections/changes, a final proof book will be provided to the organization for final approval before printing. After signing off on the final proof no changes can be made.Books will be shipped to the organization within eight weeks of receiving final approval from the organization. Book orders received after printing deadlines will result in higher prices.

□ Hard Bound Full Color Legacy Album at a cost of $ per book for each member wishing to purchase. To receive above promotional pricing, books must be ordered and paid for at time of portrait viewing. No refunds of book sales will be made to individual members once orders have been placed.

□ Specialty pages (pages other than member images) limited at above pricing to 100 pages if submitted electronically following the content submission guidelines. If additional specialty pages are needed, these additional pages can be purchased by the department in blocks of

26 pages for an additional cost of $5.00 per album per additional block.

□ Peachtree Portraits will provide days of photography at no cost based upon sponsor membership totals. Additional required days will result in a base charge of $500 per day.

□ Members missing photo sessions. Peachtree Portraits agrees to photoshop Legacy Album matching backgrounds for up to 5 sponsor submitted missing members at no cost. Additional submitted member images will result in a charge of $ 10.00 per member for background

replacement. If sponsor elects not to incure this cost, Peachtree Portraits will include a section for these submitted photos at the end of member photo sections in an effort to maintain uniformity of member photo sections.
