4 E100 SA ECOWRAP ROUND BALE WRAPPER

TRAILED MODEL

The E100 SA EcoWrap is an economical trailed wrapper. This model is targeted at small to medium sized operators that need an affordable, reliable, yet versatile wrapper for round bales.

The machine is cable operated, using 3 lever controls. These levers are accompanied by an RDS Counter, which monitors the number of revolutions as well as counting the number of bales wrapped in a period.

Although the E100 SA is lever operated, many of its functions are semi-automatic ensuring its ease of use. This semi-automatic “One Touch” function holds the lever in place until the wrapping cycle is finished. Furthermore, once the bale is ejected the plastic is also automatically “Cut & Tied.”

The E100 SA is equipped with a uniquesemi-automatic “Cut & Start” function.

Once the wrapping cycle has finished the operator ejects the bale by engaging the tip lever on the valve chest. As the wrapping table tips, to discharge the bale, the second valve is automatically actuated powering the hydraulic “Cut & Start” mechanism. This cuts the plastic and securely holds it in position for the next wrapping cycle.

These automated functions greatly improvethe ease of use of this wrapper.

5A100 EH & A100 J ROUND BALE WRAPPERS

TRAILED WRAPPING

The A100 EH round bale wrapper is an extremely compact, robust and efficient machine, perfect for farmers and contractors. The A100 EH model has a fully automatic wrapping control system.

It incorporates the use of the RDS Electronic Controller and optional Radio Remote Control. This allows the user to select from a range of operating modes and control the wrapper from the comfort of the tractor cab.

The A-Series central pivot encloses a Gear Driven turn-table and an integrated Rotary Coupling. This powers the extremely reliable Hydraulic “Cut & Start.”

The centre Shaft is Compact and extremely durable. By being low to the ground, Tanco have eliminated the need for an Off-Load Ramp.

The A100 J is the more economical modelof the A100 Series. Using all of the same high quality components, the A100 J is operated with a Servo Joystick. The ergonomic Joystick allows semi-automatic control of all functions.

Using low pressure hydraulics, the A100 J’s joystick ensures accurate control and smooth operation at an affordable price.

STATIC ROUND BALE WRAPPING

Static wrapping is considered to be the most reliable and best method, as bales are handled to a minimum after wrapping. The A200 EH static wrapper ensures that a quality wrap is applied in an even and efficient manner.

The A200 EH Static can either be mounted and powered directly from the tractor or operatedas a standalone unit, independently powered.

As a static wrapper the A200 EH also has a convenient Remote Control as standard, which allows the user to operate the wrapper without leaving the cab.

The A200 EH has an upgraded Valve Block resulting in a more efficient hydraulic system, making this wrapper ideally suited for running with low-power Hydraulic Power Packs.

Bales are placed on their ends, ensuring in hilly conditions the bales are stable and in rough ground they are much less prone to puncture. An additional feature of the End-Tip option is “Auto-Start”. Once the bale makes contact with the End-Tip roller a pressure sensor is engaged and sends a signal to the controllerto begin the wrapping sequence.

HIGH SPEED WRAPPING

The 1400 EH has been designed to the highest specifications and delivers superb output in all conditions. The patented split wrapping table is designed to allow simultaneous loading and unloading which delivers the highest possible wrapped bale output.

This is achieved with the unique split table, which allows the back roller to lower independently, gently offloading a wrapped bale. As the rear roller offloads, the 1400 EH’s unique wrapping table splits allowing the front roller and loading arm to simultaneously lower to the loading position and the next bale can be wrapped without delay.

This process greatly reduces the stress of the chassis and ensures stable loading of heavy bales. The offset hitch also allows the operators to follow the line of the baler (no need to cross swathes). The 1400 EH can also be used inline and connected to the baler, allowing for a single tractor to be used in the baling and wrapping process. Furthermore, allowing the baler to be disconnected from the wrapper and used for hay and straw.

The 1400 EH bale wrapper uses proportional speed controls enabling the operator to set wrapping speeds from the controller.

The twin tower design makes the 1400 Series much stronger and capable of wrapping in all conditions.

SATELITE SQUARE BALE WRAPPER

The robust 1500 Series bale wrapper is the most versatile of its kind, capable of wrapping both square and round silage bales. As a 3Pt Linkage machines it is both lightweight and compact, the 1500 can handle bales up to 1.7m in length and 1.8m in diameter.

1530 EH & 1540 EHROUND & SQUARE BALES

Whilst the 1540 EH can wrap Round Bales up to 1.4m in diameter it can also wrap Twin Square Bales in a single pack, greatly reducing the cost of wrapping.

A “rotate after wrap” feature automatically turns the bale into the horizontal position for unloading at the end of the wrapping cycle.

1520 EH LARGE ROUND BALES

With the popularity of variable chamber balers producing larger diameter and heavier bales the 1520 EH is an ideal solution.

ROCK ‘N’ROLL SYSTEM

The 1500 Series has a unique roller system which is independently driven from the loading function, which ensures a smooth and consistent bale rotation. A “rotate after wrap” feature automatically turns the bale into the horizontal position for unloading at the end of the wrapping cycle.


FOLDING TWIN DISPENSERS

The 1500 Series uses Tanco’s patented Twin Folding Satellite Arm System. Using a Single “Cut & Start” mechanism, through a linkage system the second arm unfolds from the first, resulting in two dispensers applying wrap simultaneously, greatly increasing the output of the wrapper. At the end of the cycle both wrap arms once again fold together and are held by the same “Cut & Start” unit.

MINI SQUARE TRAILED WRAPPING

The 404 EH is the only trailed mini square andround bale wrapper on the market. It dramatically speeds up the wrapping process by independently following the baler in the field. A hydraulic squeezearm and the unique roller configuration ensure controlled bale loading, positioning and consistent quality film overlap.

The wrapper includes fully automatic electronic control, allowing operation from within the tractor cab or through the optional radio remote control.

An offset hitch allows the unit to be fitted on all tractor sizes, from compact to large 4WD tractors. This agricultural wrapping machine will also work statically and caters for 250 / 360 / 500 film widths.

LOADING ARM

The loading arm greatly improves the ease-of-use of a small bale wrapper. Bales are quickly and easily loaded using the RDS Controller. This canbe done in either Manual Mode oras part of the Automatic Sequence by using the Auto-Start button.

ROCK ‘N’ROLL SYSTEM

The Rock ‘n’Rollers ensure the bale is rotated evenly and securely, deliveringa 50% overlap of film to the bale.The rocking roller assembly can be adjusted to suit different bale sizes.

AUTO UNLOAD

Bales are automatically unloaded from the wrapper. By setting the controller the table will tip up, cut the film and automatically come back down once the bale has been off loaded.

LARGE SQUARE STATIC WRAPPER

The 1814 S is an extremely compact andefficient square and round bale wrapper. It is ideal for contractors who wish to wrapat the point of stacking.

The wrapper is fully automatic and can be operated via radio remote control from the tractor cab. While wrapping, the operator can stack wrapped silage bales and prepare loading the next bale.

This agricultural wrapping machine is also very versatile. The bale wrapper has hydraulically adjustable rollers which can be quickly changedto fit bale sizes of 0.6m to 1.4m in height toa maximum of 2m in length. The height levelsare also independently hydraulically adjustableat the front and rear to ensure a sturdy position.

The stand alone machine has a twin bale wrap sequence.

The I75 Multi Shear is our latest innovation inagricultural implements. It is a universal tool forhandling pit and baled silage. This works as a sheargrab/block cutter and a bale shear. Powered by twohigh capacity hydraulic rams, the front and side bladescut the silage block leaving a clean, sealed face toprevent secondary fermentation. Bales can also beeasily split while plastic and netting are retained.Cranked tines as standard. There are no operationalchanges from pit to baled silage. The I73 Bale Shear builds on the success of the I70 Bale Shear delivering speed, reliability and safety. The I73 now allows even larger diameter round bales up to 1.5m (5 ft) in diameter to be handled with ease. An adjustable gripper also allows the unit to be used on regular 1.2m (4 ft)diameter round bales.

When used with a diet feeder - farmers are now experiencing massive reductions in mixing timeof up to 60%!

The result - massive savings in labour, fuel and diet feeders maintenance with greatly reduced wear and tear on the mixer drive system.

CLEANAFEED

The I60 CleanaFeed is a low maintenance,self-loading, durable feeding implement for cleaning, washing and chopping root crops. Linkage (includes hydraulic top link) of frontloader mounted option.

A rotor paddle removes loose dirt through an open framework and ensures even feed of crops to the chopper unit. The wash bar mechanism can be fitted to a water supply and has a low water requirement. The CleanaFeed is hydraulically driven and comes with an anti-bridging device and a simple hinged stone trap as standard. Optional attachment plates enable feeding of potatoes, vegetables, maize, grains and other feed compounds.

The robust D85 Round Bale Stacker facilitates stacking bales on their flat side. This helps round silage bales keep their shape better.

The D85 Round Bale Stacker is ideal for handling bales from bale wrappers with end tip ramps. The sturdy, well-designed stacker arms ensurea full, secure and consistent grip at all times.A double-acting hydraulic ram ensures a tight hold which prevents damage to the plastic wrapping, while the stacker arms shape perfectly with the round sides of the bale. The stacker arms can be locked on one side and can comfortably manoeuvre between two closely stacked bales.

The D85 Round Bale Stacker is designed to handle round bales up to 1.5m in diameter.

The D80 Bale Stacker allows for secure, safe and consistent handling of all sizes of large squareand round bales. Simple in design but very effective in operation, this bale stacker is the complete solution for the safe and damage-free handling of silage bales.

Two double-acting hydraulic ram ensures a full and consistent grip for all sizes of bales, which prevents damage to the plastic wrapping. Each arm can be locked in place with a tap to allow for easy stacking of bales. The design of the stacker gives excellent operator vision of the bale at all times.
