The innovative stud design of the AGRUSAFEUltra Grip® offers superior pull-out resistancefrom the concrete.
Especially for installations of structures ingroundwater, the Ultra Grip® sealing elementprotects against delaminations and pull out ofanchoring elements from the concrete.
The AGRU Ultra Grip® concrete protective lineris available in 5 m width. This is reducing thewelding requirements in the field up to 60 %compared to other liner systems.

The AGRUSAFE Hydro+ system has beendeveloped based on the positive experienceswith PE-pipes in the potable water supply andSure Grip® concrete protective liners for theprotection of structures.
The aim is to protect the supporting concretestructures against corrosion, erosion andchemical attacks res. to secure the tightness ofthe structures and thus guarantee therequested potable water quality.

Relining
A system for the trenchless relining of buriedpiping systems
AGRU offers system solutions for channelrelining which enable the lining of differentcross sections and dimensions.
TUBE RELINING-METHOD
AGRUSAFE Sure Grip® concrete protective linersin lengths up to 160 m are prefabricated asinliners on rolls and pulled into the channel (tobe repaired) through the existing manholes.
Inliners are closed by a balloon and adaptedwith pressure to the pipe profile to be repaired.
This system has been developed in cooperationwith TROLINING® and has been used for manyyears.
SEGMENT RELINING
Different segment relining methods dependingon channel cross sections and civil works canbe applied.
Prefabricated segment inliners are fixed onwooden or monolithic formworks in thechannel (complete or partial repair) and filledwith grout.
The connection of the installed inliner is doneby manual extrusion welding or availablewelding machines.
