ONLINE ELECTIONS

• Elections will be held on

June 20 (FRIDAY) for Grs. 5 & 6

It starts at 6:50 a.m. until 7:40 a.m.**Flag ceremony will not be held.

• Latecomers can vote from 12:30-1:00p.m. at the Computer Lab A on ElectionDay. COMELEC officials will be there to

help you.

PROCEDURE

1. Class Adviser uses an IP address toopen the election system in the computer.

2. Class Adviser/Subject Teacherreads a script.

3. The COMELEC Member positions

himself beside the computer with the anelection document.



PROCEDURE

4. Student Voter takes turn in

going to the computer withthe strip of paper from his

class adviser containing his

ID number and controlnumber.



PROCEDURE

5. The COMELEC Member assistseach student to type the followingrequired details on the spaces

provided : – ID NOS.

– CONTROL NOS.

** COMELEC member collects thestrip of paper when the student is done

voting

the real name of the student voter will

appear in the box that says Voter Details.



If all the numbers are correct, this is the

next page you will see on the screen.
