Appointments need to be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card or gift certificate. When making a reservation, please advise any preference for a male or female therapist. Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the full cost of the service will be applied. The spa is strictly for use by hotel residents, members and day guests booked in for spa appoint-ments. Gift certificates are available for purchase at the spa reception or on line.
